Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to own the full recruitment lifecycle for Sales and Go-To-Market teams. You’ll attract top talent from SDRs to Sales Leadership while partnering with Revenue leadership to drive hiring velocity.

You will manage end-to-end processes, source proactively, negotiate offers, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This role supports a remote-friendly, high-growth fintech environment across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house full-cycle recruiting in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring for high-volume sales and GTM roles.
• Advanced sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
• Strong consultative communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for a portfolio of Sales, Marketing, CSO, and Leadership roles.
• Consult with Revenue leadership; lead weekly hiring meetings and provide market guidance.
• Strategic sourcing to maintain a robust passive-talent pipeline.
• Champion a positive candidate experience across all outcomes.
