Job summary

Human Interest is seeking a Senior GTM Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruitment process for Sales and GTM teams across the United States. You will source top talent through proactive strategies, conduct interviews, negotiate offers, and partner with Revenue leadership to align hiring with business goals.

The role requires 5+ years in-house recruiting experience, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to operate remotely across US time zones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house full-cycle recruiting in a fast-paced scale-up.
• Proven track record hiring for high-volume sales and GTM roles.
• Expert sourcing with LinkedIn Recruiter and proactive headhunting.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder influence.
• Analytical mindset to tell hiring stories and identify trends.
• Remote-friendly and able to work across US time zones.
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS and BrightHire or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales and Go-To-Market teams.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers, and close candidates.
• Counsel Revenue leadership on market trends and talent assessments.
• Build a robust pipeline using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience aligned with company values.
• Track metrics with Greenhouse/ BrightHire to drive velocity and quality.
• Lead strategic TA initiatives including employer branding and DEI sourcing.
