Job summary

Nexthink is seeking a Senior Enablement Manager to own the end-to-end ramp program for its global GTM reps. You will diagnose gaps, design improvements, and drive execution across a complex organization, spanning AEs, BDRs, CSMs, SEs, and beyond.

You will partner with Revenue Acceleration, Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps to ensure onboarding aligns with real workflow and current GTM motions. This role requires 6+ years in sales enablement and a proven track record in onboarding

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement, revenue operations, or GTM learning & development in B2B SaaS.
• Ownership of a full ramp or onboarding program and redesign experience.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps.

Responsibilities

• Redesign Nexthink's onboarding end-to-end for all GTM roles.
• Build a structured ramp curriculum covering product knowledge, competitive positioning, and sales methodology.
• Define and track time-to-productivity benchmarks by role and iterate from data.
• Own the strategic view of what "ready to sell" means and keep it current.
