Job summary

Basis is seeking a Manager of GTM Enablement to lead onboarding cohorts, certify reps, and own the playbooks, library, and live training cadence for AEs, BDRs, and partners. You’ll partner with sales, marketing, product, and RevOps to ship field-ready messaging with every launch.

You will build and run recurring sessions, review real calls, and turn patterns into targeted coaching for reps and managers. NYC office, five days in person.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or quota-carrying role in B2B software.
• Built and ran onboarding, certifications, playbooks, and live sessions.
• Strong facilitation; credible in front of sellers.

Responsibilities

• Run onboarding cohorts end to end: curriculum, live sessions, mock discovery calls, certification.
• Build and maintain playbooks, battlecards, talk tracks, and content library.
• Train on live skills: discovery, demos, objections, new product releases.
• Coach on real calls by reviewing Gong recordings and scoring against standards.
• Certify readiness with checks for product knowledge and discovery quality.
• Keep content current with product and field messaging; measure ramp and win impact.
