Job summary

DISCO is seeking a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale the enablement engine across Sales and Customer Success. You will align Sales, CS, Product Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Product to translate company strategy into field readiness, spanning SDRs, AEs, RSEs, and CSMs.

This role leads onboarding, content, training, measurement, live facilitation, manager coaching, and analytics, leveraging AI tooling and the CRM stack to accelerate ramp, improve win rates, and standardize

Qualifications

• 12+ years in sales/field enablement in B2B SaaS or high-tech environments.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Experience building enablement programs and driving field adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end enablement architecture and roadmap for GTM roles.
• Lead onboarding and ramp acceleration for new revenue hires.
• Coach through live sessions and field coaching; translate products into value messaging.
• Partner with operations to measure impact and report to leadership.
