Copado is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate our end-to-end enablement program.

This is a builder's role that will own programs turning enablement into a durable system and report to the VP of Global GTM Strategy & Operations. You will lead a small enablement team, define onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles, and partner with Sales, Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps to align GTM strategy with execution.

Qualificações

• 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy.
• Demonstrated success building or scaling an enablement function inside a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company
• Working knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks, and the judgment to adapt them to a real sales org rather than apply them by the book
• Experience operating an enablement or sales-productivity tech stack (e.g., content/LMS platforms, conversation intelligence, coaching tools, CRM)
• People leadership experience, with the ability to set direction for a small team and grow their careers
• A track record of tying enablement work to pipeline, win-rate, or productivity outcomes — not just training completion

Responsabilidades

• Build and operate the enablement program end to end
• Lead GTM readiness for every major launch, turning new products, messaging, and strategy changes into field-ready certifications and playbooks
• Own the sales methodology and coaching framework, equipping front-line managers to coach consistently
• Define and govern the GTM technology stack, including adoption and workflow design
• Define the metrics that prove the program works (ramp time, certification completion, methodology adoption, win rate, quota attainment)
• Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team
• Own new-hire onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps
