Job summary

Nexthink, the global leader in Digital Employee Experience (DEX) software, seeks a Senior Enablement Manager to own the onboarding and ramp program for ~400 GTM reps across the US and beyond.

You will redesign Nexthink's onboarding end-to-end, sequence a structured ramp curriculum, and define time-to-productivity benchmarks by role, driving faster productivity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in sales enablement or GTM learning & development.
• Led full ramp or onboarding program redesign.
• Strong cross-functional operator across Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
• Analytical mindset with ability to define, instrument, and iterate metrics.
• Excellent facilitator and communicator with exec summary skills.
• Experience with modern GTM tools (Seismic, Gong, Salesforce/CRM, LMS).

Responsibilities

• Own Nexthink's onboarding end-to-end across all GTM roles (AEs, BDRs, CSMs, SEs).
• Build a ramp curriculum that sequences product knowledge, competitive positioning, sales methodology, tool proficiency, and deal execution.
• Define and track time-to-productivity benchmarks by role; use data to improve ramp outcomes.
• Ensure new hires reach competency faster and retain it longer.
• Cross-functional coordination between Revenue Acceleration, Sales, CS, Product Marketing, and RevOps.
