Job summary

Copado in Denver, CO is seeking a Sr. Manager, GTM Enablement to design, build, and operate our end-to-end enablement program.

This builder's role will own the programs that prepare the GTM org for what's next and turn enablement into a durable system. You will lead a small enablement team and partner with Product Marketing, Product, Sales, and RevOps to rollout certifications, playbooks, and launch plans the field can execute immediately.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, sales management, and/or go-to-market strategy.
• Experience scaling an enablement function inside a B2B SaaS or enterprise software company.
• Working knowledge of sales methodologies and coaching frameworks.
• Experience operating enablement tech stack (content/LMS platforms, coaching tools, CRM).

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the enablement program end to end.
• Lead GTM readiness for every major launch with product marketing and product alignment.
• Own the sales methodology and coaching framework for front-line managers.
• Define and govern the GTM technology stack and adoption.
• Define measures for program impact (ramp time, certifications, adoption, win rate, quota attainment).
• Hire, lead, and develop a small enablement team.
• Own onboarding and certification for sales and customer-facing roles.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and RevOps.
