Job summary

DISCO, a leading AI-powered legal tech company in New York, seeks a Senior Manager, GTM Enablement to build and scale its Sales and Customer Success enablement engine across the revenue organization. You will bridge Sales, CS, Product Marketing, Strategy, Operations, and Product to translate company strategy into field readiness.

You will own onboarding, content strategy, coaching, and performance analytics to accelerate ramp, improve win rates, shorten sales cycles, and ensure consistent deal

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in sales/field enablement or related GTM-facing roles in B2B SaaS/enterprise software.
• 2+ years of direct people management.
• Experience building or scaling enablement functions in high-growth companies.
• Proven impact on ramp time, win rates, and deal cycles.

Responsibilities

• Own enablement architecture, programs, and roadmaps for all GTM roles across content, training, and measurement.
• Lead onboarding curriculum and ramp acceleration to shorten time-to-first-deal.
• Facilitate annual sales kickoff and coach MEDDPICC adoption across the field.
• Develop manager-focused enablement tools and coaching frameworks.
• Create and maintain sales assets, playbooks, and training content.
• Integrate AI workflows and sales tech stack to accelerate content creation and practice.
• Link enablement efforts to ramp, win rates, stage progression, and plan attainment.
• Manage and develop enablement team members to high performance.
