DISCO is seeking a Senior Manager of GTM Enablement to design and scale the Sales and Customer Success enablement engine across the revenue organization. You will bridge Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Strategy, and Operations to translate strategy into field readiness.

You will own the enablement roadmap for SDRs, AEs, AMs, RSEs, and CSMs, accelerating ramp, improving win rates, and ensuring consistent deal execution through structured content, onboarding, and coaching initiatives.

Formación

• 12+ years in sales/field enablement or GTM functions in B2B SaaS or high-tech.
• Experience scaling enablement in high-growth companies.
• Proven impact on ramp speed, win rate and cycle length.
• Experience rolling out MEDDPICC across a GTM org.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional influence.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge GTM teams to translate strategy into field readiness.
• Own enablement strategy across SDRs, AEs, AMs, RSEs, and CSMs.
• Design onboarding and ramp acceleration curriculums and certification gates.
• Lead live and virtual workshops and field coaching sessions.
• Develop manager-first enablement framework with coaching guides.
• Create, centralize, and maintain high-utilization sales assets.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate content creation and scoring rubrics.
• Track impact with ramp time, win rate, and pipeline metrics.
