OneTrust is seeking an executive Head of Global Enablement to lead and scale our global go-to-market enablement strategy. You will partner with GTM leadership to translate platform updates, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics into high-impact enablement programs that accelerate quota attainment and shorten deals.

You will oversee onboarding, continuous upskilling, and performance optimization across AE, XDR, SE, and account management teams, driving measurable improvements in ramp time

Qualifications

• Proventrack record leading global enablement, revenue operations, or enterprise sales leadership.
• Deep understanding of complex enterprise SaaS sales motions involving multi-stakeholder buyers.
• Expert command of MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and consultative enterprise discovery frameworks.
• Experience scaling blended learning formats (live, async, certifications) across distributed teams.
• Executive presence with ability to influence C-suite, product leaders, and frontline reps.
• Data-driven approach showing enablement ROI linked to ARR growth and productivity metrics.

Responsabilités

• Define and execute a multi-year global enablement roadmap across AE, XDR, SE, and AM teams.
• Own company-wide execution, coaching, and reinforcement of MEDDPICC frameworks.
• Turn complex platform releases into actionable playbooks and value selling tools.
• Lead coaching programs for frontline sales managers and directors to improve forecasting and rigor.
• Scale onboarding tracks and development initiatives to accelerate time-to-first-deal for AEs.
• Optimize the revenue enablement tech stack and measure alignment with KPIs.
