Job summary

Outreach is seeking a Senior GTM Enablement Manager to design scalable enablement programs for the go-to-market teams. This role partners with senior leaders and Product/PMM to deliver onboarding, coaching, change management, and data-driven content delivery that drives sales performance.

You will build durable enablement resources, track program impact against KPIs, and leverage AI insights to surface coaching opportunities and improve content relevance for reps.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading GTM enablement programs with measurable impact on KPIs.
• Ability to define and manage onboarding, coaching, and competitive enablement resources for sales teams.
• Experience applying ADKAR or comparable change-management frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of LMS/CMS platforms and content delivery for sales enablement.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic GTM enablement programs with defined KPIs, operating cadences, and change management plans.
• Build onboarding, coaching, and competitive enablement resources to support sales execution and adoption.
• Collect and analyze enablement and sales data, identify gaps, and refine programs to improve results.
• Partner with senior GTM leaders and Product/PMM to align content with product strategy.
• Maintain and update competitive resources and battlecards for ongoing training.
