Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead strategy and operations for RFP responses.

You will optimize win rates and strengthen pricing and manufacturer relationships while partnering with Sales and cross-functional teams to shape pursuit strategies. You will manage end-to-end proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with a focus on high-quality, compliant deliverables and data-driven improvements to processes and content libraries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Ability to participate in and support compliance objectives.
• Strong collaborative skills and respectful interaction with colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) delivering client-focused, compliant content.
• Manage proposal timelines and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics to find improvement opportunities.
• Improve proposal processes, templates, and content libraries with best practices.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and optimize pricing strategies based on data.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing proposal team with strategic direction.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, retention, and knowledge sharing; support project management activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and compliance standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
