Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead the growth strategy and proposal operations. You will oversee RFP responses, drive competitive positioning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to optimize win rates and value delivery.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, pricing strategy, and building a high-performing proposals team while ensuring compliance and process excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in proposal development and related areas.
• 3+ years of leadership experience in professional services.
• Compliance program participation and adherence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies with Sales and leaders.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) delivering compliant, client-focused content.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Improve proposal processes, templates and content libraries with quality controls.
