Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager to lead strategic growth and proposal performance, shaping pursuit strategies with Sales and cross-functional partners to strengthen Lumicera’s value proposition.

The role emphasizes end-to-end proposal development, performance analytics, and pricing strategy optimization to improve win probability and resource optimization across RFP responses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience with proven ability to develop high-performing teams and deliver results in professional services.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• Ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with others.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and prioritize RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies to enhance competitive positioning and win probability.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention) with high-quality, client-focused, compliant deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination (clinical, operations, finance, pricing).
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify trends to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies to expand client value through data-driven positioning.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing proposal team with strategic direction and mentorship.
• Oversee staffing, recruiting, onboarding, retention and knowledge sharing to build capability and capacity.
• Ensure adherence to compliance requirements, internal policies, and standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
