Job summary

Lumicera Health Services seeks a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to lead strategic growth and proposal management. You will shape pursuit strategies with Sales, manage end-to-end proposals, and optimize processes and pricing to improve win rates and value delivery.

You will oversee a high-performing team, coordinate cross-functional inputs from clinical, operations, and finance, and ensure compliant, client-focused responses that strengthen Lumicera’s market position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required; advanced degree or PharmD preferred.
• 5+ years in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience delivering results in professional services.
• Compliance program participation and adherence to objectives.
• Collaborative and respectful cross-functional interaction.

Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and prioritization of RFP opportunities with Sales to shape pursuit strategies.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs) to deliver compliant, client-focused submissions.
• Manage timelines, workflows, and cross-functional coordination for timely submissions.
• Monitor proposal performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve win rates and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes, templates, and content libraries.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies to expand client value.
• Coach and develop a high-performing proposal team and manage staffing and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee recruiting, onboarding, retention, and project management activities to build capability.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and standards.
