Job summary

Lumicera Health Services is seeking a Sr. Manager, Strategic Growth & Proposal to join our team. This role leads the strategy for proposals, aligns with Sales and cross-functional partners, and drives win rate improvements through data-driven insights.

You will oversee end-to-end proposal development, manage timelines, coach a high-performing team, and ensure compliant, high-quality deliverables that communicate Lumicera's value in specialty pharmacy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business acumen, proposal development, outbound prospecting strategies, competitive positioning, and win/loss analysis.
• 3+ years of leadership experience developing high-performing teams and delivering tangible results.
• Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives.
• The ability to interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees.

Responsibilities

• Participate in evaluation and prioritization of RFP opportunities; shape pursuit strategies for better positioning and win probability.
• Lead end-to-end development of proposals (RFPs, RFIs, BAFOs, retention efforts) with high quality, client-focused deliverables.
• Manage proposal timelines, workflows, and deliverables across stakeholders and SMEs to ensure timely submissions.
• Monitor and analyze proposal performance metrics to identify trends and improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement of proposal processes, tools, templates, and content libraries with quality controls.
• Strengthen manufacturer relationships and pricing strategies to expand client value through data-driven positioning.
