Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for major client programs. You will recruit, activate, and optimize partnerships to deliver measurable revenue growth and shape roadmaps beyond traditional affiliate models.

You will lead end-to-end negotiations, manage top partners, and translate data into strategic action while collaborating with senior teams in a fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Proven track record of independently closing larger or more complex deals.
• Excellence in meeting revenue/recruitment targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin).
• Ability to travel up to 20% for meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Publisher & Partner Performance: optimize partnerships for client growth and retention.
• Performance Tracking: use approved processes and translate data into actionable insights.
• Subject Matter Expert across the partnership landscape for clients and colleagues.
• Proactive Research: recruit high-quality partners with revenue potential.
• End-to-end negotiations with appropriate autonomy and collaboration.
• Relationship and budget management for top partners and ROI-positive opportunities.
• Strategy creation and ownership: recruit/activate plans aligned to client KPIs.
