Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for large client programs. You will identify, recruit, and scale partnerships that generate measurable revenue and align with client objectives.

The role emphasizes recruitment, activation, and optimization across the partnership landscape, with significant autonomy in decision-making. Expect to lead end-to-end negotiations, manage top partner relationships, and shape strategic roadmaps beyond traditional

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience with affiliate marketing background.
• Proven track record of closing larger or more complex deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
• Knowledge of major affiliate networks (Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin).
• Willingness to travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and develop high-potential partners to drive revenue growth.
• Create end-to-end recruitment/paid placement plans aligned with client goals.
• Build and communicate persuasive pitches and manage negotiations.
• Lead top-partner management, optimizing opportunities and ROI for clients.
• Align partner strategy with client KPIs and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to mentor junior Growth Managers and share best practices.
