Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for major client programs. You will identify, recruit, and scale partnerships to deliver measurable revenue growth, shaping recruitment, activation, and optimization plans beyond traditional affiliate models.

You will manage top partner relationships, negotiate terms, and provide strategic guidance to clients while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience; affiliate background is a strong plus.
• Proven track record of independently closing larger or complex deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow partner program revenue by developing high-potential partner relationships and optimizing performance.
• Follow client-approved processes for paid placements and optimizations; translate data into actionable insights.
• Act as SME across the partnership landscape and influence client roadmaps.
