Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for major client programs in a remote work-from-home setup. You will identify, recruit, and scale high-impact partnerships to achieve measurable revenue growth and align with client business objectives.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Proven track record of independently closing larger or more complex deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin).
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Publisher & Partner Performance: Build high-potential partner relationships and optimize performance for client growth.
• Performance Trackers & Reporting: Translate data into a clear story showing ROI and next steps.
• Subject Matter Expert Across the Partnership Landscape: Serve as SME on partner relationships and client verticals.
