Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Senior Growth Manager to drive growth strategies across top client programs from a remote setting. You will recruit and scale high-potential partners, optimize activation and revenue, and shape partner roadmaps beyond traditional affiliate models.

You will act as a trusted SME across the partnership landscape, owning end-to-end negotiations, and aligning activities with client KPIs while collaborating with internal teams and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of partnership/channel marketing experience.
• Affiliate marketing background required; direct exposure to creator partnerships is a plus.
• Proven ability to independently close larger or more complex deals.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of affiliate networks (Impact, Partnerize, CJ, Awin).
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings, conferences, and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit high-quality partners with strong revenue potential.
• Lead end-to-end negotiations with autonomy and collaboration.
• Build recruitment/paid placement plans aligned to client goals and KPIs.
• Develop and optimize partner strategies to drive client revenue growth.
• Communicate persuasively to educate clients about opportunities and ROI.
