Job summary

Acceleration Partners is seeking a Growth Manager to drive partner growth strategies for large client programs. You will identify, develop, and scale high-impact partnerships that drive measurable revenue growth and help clients achieve their business objectives.

You will shape recruitment, activation, and optimization strategies, uncover emerging growth opportunities, and influence partnership roadmaps beyond traditional affiliate models.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of partnership/channel marketing experience in affiliate marketing.
• Direct exposure to content partnerships, AEO, or retail media is a plus.
• Proven track record of self-generating new business.
• Proven excellence in meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Publisher & Partner Performance: build high-potential partner relationships and optimize performance.
• Performance Trackers & Reporting: translate data into clear insights for clients and show why it matters.
• Subject Matter Expert Across the Partnership Landscape: lead conversations and add value to accounts.
• Proactive Research: identify and recruit high-quality partners with revenue potential.
• Written and Verbal Communication: manage day-to-day communications with top partners.
• Initiative: identify and execute opportunities across the program to drive revenue growth.
• Relationship Management: optimize opportunities with top partners for client growth.
• Budget Management: drive ROI while maintaining healthy margins.
