Job summary

Niche seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve our marketing engine across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with marketing, growth, lifecycle, and product to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions.

You will build dashboards, ensure reliable attribution across Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake, and mentor teammates while championing AI-assisted analytics to improve our growth trajectory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in marketing analytics or growth analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting.
• Hands-on consumer acquisition data and attribution experience.
• Proven ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
• Senior SQL proficiency with ability to write and review complex queries.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM data integrations.

Responsibilities

• Build measurement foundation for marketing to schools and districts; define metrics and reporting.
• Bring rigor to channel attribution, pipeline value, and investment decisions.
• Develop leading indicator reporting for pipeline health.
• Own B2B attribution model in Marketo Measure and data flow with Salesforce/Snowflake.
• Support forecasting and pipeline reviews with documented methodology.
• Own registration and acquisition measurement end-to-end for B2C growth.
• Partner with Growth Marketing on media mix and budgets; design growth tests.
• Maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking and data models.
