Job summary

Niche is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how the marketing engine is measured and improved across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing leadership to surface insights, define metrics, and drive decisions with end-to-end attribution and data-informed recommendations.

As a senior individual contributor embedded with Marketing, Growth, and Analytics, you will build dashboards, monitor pipeline health, and support forecasting while advocating rigorous, data-driven approaches

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years in marketing analytics or related data roles.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end, from tracking to reporting and recommendations.
• Hands-on with consumer acquisition data and paid media platforms, including attribution.
• Proven ability to translate analyses into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own two analytics domains: B2B marketing/pipeline and B2C growth/registration analytics.
• Define metrics, calculations, and reporting for marketing measurement and pipeline.
• Lead attribution models across Marketo Measure, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator reports for pipeline health and growth tests.
• Partner with Growth Marketing and Lifecycle on forecasts and campaigns.
• Build self-serve dashboards and monitoring for organic search and traffic shifts.
