Niche, the leader in school search, seeks a Senior Marketing Analyst to own marketing analytics across B2B and B2C domains. You will partner with Marketing, Growth, Lifecycle, and Product to surface insights, define metrics, and drive data-informed decisions that impact pipeline, registrations, and engagement.

You will build and maintain dashboards, refine attribution models, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure reliable tracking and actionable insights in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or data analytics.
• Experience owning marketing measurement end-to-end from tracking to reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own measurement for two domains: B2B marketing/pipeline analytics and B2C growth/registration analytics.
• Define metrics, reporting, and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health and growth opportunities.
• Build dashboards and self-serve views for marketing, growth, and leadership.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering on event tracking and data models.
