Job summary

Niche is hiring a Senior Marketing Analyst to own how we measure and improve the performance of our marketing engine for both B2B and B2C. You will be embedded with marketing, growth, and lifecycle teams, surfacing insights and actionable recommendations that drive strategy and investment choices.

You will build measurement foundations, own attribution across Marketo and Salesforce, and develop dashboards and self-serve views for leadership.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data analytics, or a closely related data function.
• Hands-on experience with consumer acquisition data: web analytics and paid media platforms and attribution.
• Direct experience with B2B marketing and pipeline analytics: lead and MQL lifecycle and attribution.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and attribution data (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Define metrics that matter for B2B and B2C marketing and where to report them.
• Own the B2B attribution model and data flow between Marketo, Salesforce, and Snowflake.
• Develop leading-indicator reporting for pipeline health to marketing and sales leadership.
• Build and maintain marketing dashboards and self-serve views for growth, lifecycle, and leadership.
• Own organic search analytics and monitor traffic shifts and SEO impact.
• Collaborate with Product and Data Engineering to define event tracking and data models.
