BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. The role supports SAM.gov registrations, NCC representations, and coordination with OGC for legal reviews.

You will work cross-functionally to evaluate contract vehicles, support proposal content, and monitor regulatory changes across multiple affiliated entities.

Competenze

• Four or more years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience with a GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+), including reporting.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications.
• Understanding of FAR/DFARS and GSA terms.

Mansioni

• Research and identify relevant contract vehicles, including competitive and non-competitive opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate required documentation for contract and grant submissions.
• Assist with proposal language for competitive contracts and coordinate with Legal for reviews.
• Monitor compliance with ongoing reporting, renewal, and administrative requirements.
