Qualifications

• Bachelors degree, required.
• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State governments.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and GSA terms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of government contracts and grants.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs and RFIs for compliance and risk, coordinating with OGC.
• Ensure SAM.gov registrations and annual reps and certifications are current.
• Monitor regulatory changes and advise internal teams on impact.
