Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage full lifecycle government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS/GSA and SAM obligations. The role coordinates with OGC on NDAs, teaming, and subcontracts, and supports bid responses and contract terms while maintaining regulatory certifications across multiple entities.

You will monitor contract deliverables, provide business input on terms, and lead internal audits to identify and remediate gaps,

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Federal Government proposal processes and requirements.
• Experience supporting government contracts and proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contract Vehicles: identify contract vehicles and prepare documentation.
• Teaming Agreements: coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts.
• Proposal Support: review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate legal review; draft representations and certifications.
• Project Compliance: manage contract lifecycle and ensure timeliness of deliverables.
• Compliance Maintenance: develop processes to meet FAR/DFARS/GSA requirements; conduct audits.
• Additional Responsibilities: collaborate with OGC, finance, and delivery teams; report metrics.
