Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA terms, and related regulations. This role supports SAM.gov registrations, NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts, coordinating with OGC and leadership.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree and several years of federal contracting experience, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant contracts and compliance experience with federal and state governments.
• Experience supporting GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (e.g., OASIS+).
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications.
• Knowledge of FAR and DFARS, and GSA terms.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles and coordinate submissions.
• Assist with NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal coordination.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for business compliance requirements and coordinate legal review.
• Monitor contract deliverables and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle.
