Job summary

BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, SAM.gov registrations, and related state/local requirements. The role supports vehicle evaluation, submission requirements, and coordination with OGC for NDA, teaming, and subcontracts.

The Senior Associate will monitor compliance, prepare compliant proposal content, and act as a liaison with government contracting officers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years contracts and compliance with Federal and State Governments required.
• GSA MAS and GWAC/IDIQ experience (e.g., OASIS+) preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov registrations and representations required.
• Experience with FAR/DFARS and related rules required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate government contract vehicles and renewals.
• Prepare and coordinate required contract and grant documentation.
• Support NDA, teaming, and subcontract processes with Legal input.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
• Maintain compliance processes and monitor regulatory changes.
