Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA rules, and GWAC/IDIQ requirements. You will coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts, while supporting proposal responses and legal reviews.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of relevant contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience supporting GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registrations and annual representations and certifications preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles (competitive/non-competitive) and prepare required documentation.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal input.
• Support development of responses to contractual sections of proposals and certifications.
• Monitor compliance requirements, deliverables, and reporting across contract lifecycles.
• Maintain internal processes and audits for ongoing FAR/DFARS, GSA compliance.
