Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts, grants, and related compliance across FAR, DFARS, and GSA requirements. You will support SAM.gov registrations and coordinate with OGC on NDAs, teamings, and subcontracts.

Responsibilities include proposal compliance, term analysis, and ensuring timely deliverables while maintaining internal controls. A strong regulated environment background and 4+ years of relevant experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of contracts and compliance experience with federal/state governments.
• GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ experience preferred.
• SAM.gov registrations and annual representations knowledge preferred.
• Experience supporting Federal proposals and state grants preferred.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and GSA terms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Research contract vehicles and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate NDA/teaming agreements and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs for compliance and coordinate legal reviews.
• Ensure contract milestones, deliverables, and reporting are met.
