Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS and GSA terms. The role supports OGC reviews, SAM.gov registrations, and multi-entity reporting across a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include coordinating NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts; reviewing RFPs for compliance; and advising internal teams on terms and representations.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
• Experience supporting GSA MAS or GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (e.g., OASIS+) preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual reps and certs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS and related contracting rules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate contract vehicle submissions and NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs to identify compliance requirements and coordinate legal review.
• Develop compliant proposal responses and analyze key contract terms for internal stakeholders.
• Monitor contract lifecycle, deliverables, reports, and regulatory changes for ongoing compliance.
