Job summary

BDO USA seeks a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA, and related regulations across multiple entities and contract vehicles.

You will coordinate with OGC, draft compliant proposal content, support SAM.gov registrations, and monitor certifications and representations, delivering accurate deliverables on time in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with Federal and State Governments.
1+ year of hands-on support to GSA MAS or federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicles (e.g., OASIS+).
Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations & certifications.
Three+ years supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants.
Experience applying FAR/DFARS and other applicable contracting rules and procedures.

Responsibilities

Research contract vehicles and prepare documentation for submissions.
Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal.
Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
Analyze key clauses and provide compliance assessments to stakeholders.
Serve as liaison between internal teams and contracting officers during proposals.
Monitor contract modifications, performance, and closeout to ensure compliance.
