Job summary

BDO USA, P.A. is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA terms, and SAM registrations.

You will coordinate with OGC on NDAs and teaming agreements, support proposal requirements, and monitor regulatory changes to keep practices current. Responsibilities include contract vehicle evaluation, maintaining SAM.gov, and delivering compliant proposals on time, while aligning with multiple entities' reporting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of contracts and compliance experience with federal/state governments.
• Hands-on support to a GSA MAS contract or federal GWAC/IDIQ vehicle preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations.
• Experience supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and related contracting regulations.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify relevant contract vehicles (competitive and non-competitive).
• Prepare and coordinate required documentation for contract submissions.
• Assist with NDA, teaming agreements and subcontracts with Legal.
• Review RFPs/RFIs/RFQs and coordinate legal reviews and responses.
• Analyze key clauses and provide compliance assessments to stakeholders.
• Coordinate contract lifecycle from inception to close-out and monitor obligations.
