Job summary

BDO USA is seeking a Contracts and Compliance Senior Associate to manage the full lifecycle of government contracts and grants, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, GSA terms, and SAM registrations. You will coordinate with OGC on NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts, and support proposal responses and certifications.

The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and experience with federal/state contracting processes across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of contracts and compliance experience with the Federal and State Governments, required.
• One year or more of hands-on support to a GSA MAS, GWAC/IDIQ vehicle (e.g., OASIS+), preferred.
• Familiarity with SAM.gov entity registration and annual representations and certifications, preferred.
• Three years or more supporting Federal Government proposals and state grants, preferred.
• Experience with FAR, DFARS, and other contracting rules and procedures, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Researches and identifies relevant contract vehicles including competitive and non-competitive opportunities.
• Prepares and coordinates required contractual and grant documentation to support vehicle submissions.
• Assists with proposal language for competitive contract vehicles.
• Monitors ongoing reporting and administrative requirements of active contract and grant vehicles.
• Coordinate NDAs, teaming agreements, and subcontracts with Legal and provide business input on terms.
• Review RFPs, RFIs, RFQs for compliance and coordinate legal review.
• Analyze key clauses and provide compliance assessments to internal stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between internal teams and government contracting officers during proposals.
