The role requires managing shifts, deploying staff, hiring decisions, and adherence to brand standards while driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of P&L restaurant management experience.
• 5–7 years overall restaurant experience in similar format.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for some experience.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and ensure shifts are covered.
• Hire, promote, or terminate staff decisions and foster employee engagement.
• Monitor financial and operational data to meet unit goals.
• Train and coach staff to meet brand standards and compliance.
