HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to lead one or more restaurant concepts near-fast casual operations. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, opening/closing, and drive high standards of service and profitability across shifts.

The role requires P&L ownership, staff development, and adherence to HMSHost brand standards. You will report to the Director of Operations and work on-site at multiple locations, guiding food safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• GMIIs must demonstrate restaurant management experience with P&L oversight.
• Experience leading multiple staff and shifts to meet goals.
• Ability to train, coach and engage teams across locations.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies, service standards and operations.
• Ability to read financial data and drive actions to achieve unit goals.
