HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to lead a complex QSR or Casual Dine operation, ensuring cleanliness, staffing, and peak performance. You will own P&L, deploy resources, and drive guest satisfaction across multiple units near each other.

Open to leadership that thrives on coaching teams, maintaining brand standards, and delivering strong financial results. The role requires on-site presence, varied shifts, and a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years overall restaurant experience; leadership role preferred.
• Experience managing QSR/Casual Dine operations and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Open/close duties and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and meet unit goals.
• Coach and support staff to achieve business objectives and engagement.
• Hire, promote or terminate associates as needed and promote HMSHost as employer of choice.
• Ensure onboarding, training, and compliance with badging requirements.
