Job summary

HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II to lead a high-volume QSR, Casual Dine, or small cluster of restaurants near Honolulu. The GMII ensures clean, staffed, and open operations, making strategic leadership decisions to drive profitability and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, coaching, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards. The role reports to the Operations leadership and requires on-site presence with varied schedules.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates restaurant leadership with P&L accountability.
• Experience managing multiple units or a cluster of POS.
• Strong staffing, scheduling and coaching skills.

Responsibilities

• Open/close across shifts and ensure readiness of operations.
• Deploy staff to maximize profitability and control labor cost.
• Monitor safety, compliance and brand standards across units.
• Lead training, onboarding, and performance development for restaurant teams.
