HMSHost in the United States is seeking a General Manager II to oversee a complex QSR or Casual Dine operation or a cluster of units near each other with sales over $4M. You will ensure cleanliness, staffing, opening/closing readiness, and high standards of operation and financial performance.

You will deploy staff, coach teams, and manage P&L while promoting HMSHost as an employer of choice in the local community. On-site leadership and a rotating schedule are expected.

Competenze

• 3+ years of restaurant P&L management experience.
• 5–7 years of overall restaurant experience in a similar concept.
• Graduation from a Food Service Management or Culinary program may substitute for experience.
• Demonstrates team management, delegation and issue-resolution skills.
• Knowledge of HMSHost policies and brand standards.

Mansioni

• Open and close the restaurant and ensure opening/closing checklists are completed.
• Staff deployment and scheduling to maximize profitability and cover all shifts.
• Coach and support restaurant staff to achieve business goals.
• Recruit, hire, promote and onboard staff; promote HMSHost in the local community.
• Ensure diversity and inclusion and compliance with badging and onboarding procedures.
• Monitor financial and operational data to guide unit performance.
• Recognize staff contributions and drive engagement initiatives.
• Implement and adhere to employee engagement behaviors.
