HMSHost is seeking a General Manager II (GMII) to lead a complex QSR or Casual Dine restaurant or small cluster near Chicago. You will ensure the operation is clean, staffed, and runs to high standards, making key leadership decisions to drive revenue and profitability.

The role requires managing opening/closing, staffing, coaching staff, and maintaining brand, safety and financial performance while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Open and Close duties to prepare for opening and ensure checklist compliance
• Staffing and deployment, scheduling and coverage across shifts
• Provide coaching and support to managers and staff to achieve goals
• Hire, promote and disciplinary decisions for unit staff with brand alignment
• Ensure safety, compliance and adherence to health standards and training requirements
