Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager to nurture executive-level client relationships, drive strategic account growth, and coordinate service and product implementations. The role includes leading quarterly reviews, pursuing new business opportunities, and ensuring high client satisfaction.

You’ll work in a hybrid model across multiple US locations, with travel required and a strong emphasis on stakeholder management and product knowledge. A Bachelor’s degree is required.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge to represent the enterprise’s range of products to clients.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and/or technology sales.
• Experience in financial institutions or equivalent financial services background.
• Strong business judgment and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Maintains executive-level client relationships and represents the Enterprise to the client.
• Leads client satisfaction, communication, and retention activities.
• Acts as liaison for service, client projects, implementations, and action plans.
• Identifies new business opportunities with appropriate sales teams.
• Oversees client loyalty processes and quarterly/monthly business reviews.
• Ensures training and readiness when new products are released.
