Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Sr Partner Manager to lead strategic client relationships across multiple US locations with hybrid work flexibility. You will oversee client satisfaction, retention, and service delivery while coordinating with sales for growth opportunities and new Worldpay offerings.

The role requires executive-level engagement, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive quarterly business reviews. Travel is expected around 30% to meet client and project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline.
• Experience in client relationship management and/or the sales of technology products and services.
• Financial institution experience or comparable proven sales-marketing-consulting-support background with strong financial industry and data processing knowledge.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills that ensure contract renewals, a track record of product and revenue growth and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintains contact with client at an executive level and manages strategic relationships.
• Responsible for client satisfaction, retention activities and overall relationship management.
• Acts as primary liaison for service side of client relationships including escalations and project implementations.
• Identifies new business opportunities and works with sales for Worldpay products or services.
• Owns quarterly and monthly business reviews to learn client strategy and current state of Worldpay business.
