Job summary

Global Payments is seeking a Partnership Manager Specialist to manage premier client relationships, align strategic objectives, and drive growth across payment solutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, oversee implementations, and identify opportunities for expanding Worldpay products while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will engage at executive levels, monitor SLA performance, and lead business reviews to inform strategic direction.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or related discipline or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
Proven track record in client relationship management and/or the sales of technology products and services
Financial institution experience or comparable sales-marketing-support background
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills that support renewals and revenue growth

Responsibilities

Maintains contact with client at an executive level and represents the Enterprise to the client
Responsible for client satisfaction, communication, retention activities, and overall relationship management
Primary liaison for service side of the client relationship, including escalations and project implementations
Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with sales for Worldpay products or services
Own quarterly and monthly business reviews to learn the client’s strategic direction
Monitor service levels and ensure SLA compliance; train representatives on new products
