- Maintains executive-level client contact and represents the enterprise.
- Manages overall client relationship and retention activities.
- Owns quarterly and monthly business reviews and analyzes client strategy.
- Identifies new business opportunities and coordinates with sales for opportunities.
- Monitors SLA performance and ensures level of service.
- Keeps abreast of product updates and policy changes.
