Job summary

Global Payments in Atlanta, GA seeks a Strategic Partner Manager to drive executive-level client relationships and strategic initiatives across the enterprise. You will oversee service delivery, align product offerings with client goals, and spearhead retention efforts while exploring new business opportunities.

The role requires strong leadership, negotiating skills, and a deep understanding of payments products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, CS, or related field.
Proven client relationship management experience.
Ability to present to executive audiences.
Knowledge of payments products is a plus.
Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in teams.

Responsibilities

Maintain executive-level contact with clients and manage strategic relationships.
Oversee client satisfaction, communications, and retention activities.
Serve as primary liaison for service, including escalations and project implementations.
Identify new business opportunities and coordinate with sales for new products.
Stay informed on new products and changes to existing offerings.
Lead quarterly and monthly business reviews with clients.
