Cloud Software Group is seeking a senior Solutions Architect to own the technical strategy for large, global enterprise opportunities. You will collaborate with sales leadership, conduct deep technical discovery, and translate customer needs into multi-product architectures.

The role emphasizes executive-level engagements, POC strategy, and cross-functional leadership to accelerate Net New ARR growth while addressing governance, data, and compliance aspects across regions.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in enterprise technology with senior, customer-facing roles.
• Proven leadership of complex global B2B SaaS sales cycles.
• Ability to architect multi-product enterprise solutions.
• Strong SaaS, cloud, and hybrid architectures knowledge.
• Experience with Azure and enterprise data environments.
• Familiar with governance, compliance, and risk in data.
• Strong executive-level discovery and solution articulation.
• Lead POCs, trials, architecture workshops, and competitive engagements.
• Excellent communication of business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsabilités

• Own the technical strategy and win for strategic Net New opportunities across the Americas and International markets.
• Partner with Account Executives to align technical strategies with customer requirements and commercial objectives.
• Lead technical discovery across customer objectives, data landscape, architecture, security, and integrations.
• Translate requirements into end-to-end Arctera solution architectures.
• Position Arctera’s platform capabilities to address business, governance, and data challenges.
• Lead architecture workshops, design sessions, and executive-level discussions.
• Define strategy for POCs, trials, demonstrations, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate Solutions Specialists by product and domain for each opportunity.
• Provide senior technical leadership to differentiate Arctera technically.
• Identify risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
